Welcome to the Loma Rica / Browns Valley Fire Department
This web site has been established by the Loma Rica / Browns Valley Community Services District to provide information to the residents of our District.
The Loma Rica / Browns Valley Community Sevices District was established in 1984 by a vote of the District's residents for the sole purpose of providing fire, rescue and medical aid service to the almost 100 square mile area constituting the Loma Rica and Browns Valley communities.
The District is an independent government agency (Special District) and as such, receives its operational revenue from a direct assessment levied on District residents and businesses. The County of Yuba does not provide fire service or revenue for fire service.
